Etched glass

Etched refers to the technique of creating art on the surface of glass by applying acidic, caustic, or abrasive substances. High pressure air mixed with an abrasive material cuts away at the glass surface to create the desired effect. The longer the focused on one spot, the deeper the cut.

Sandblasting on other hand, is a technique for creating the “frosted” look/pattern to the glass which offers more privacy.
