Spectra Arts Subcontracts Fit out and Finishing Works for QPD

The leading glass solutions company in Qatar, Spectra Arts, was specified by Qatar Petroleum District (QPD) to carry out Fit out and Finishing works for seven towers and its main podium.

The scope of work totals to 23, 522.33sqm of glass which  includes stunning wall lining, partition, balustrade, door, glazing window, decorative fused glass, shelves, shower door, shower cubicle,  decorative curved spiral staircase, mirror, and a façade.

Spectra Arts is working in close coordination with the major contracting companies in the region namely Urbacon Trading and Contracting (UCC) for Tower 10, Al Ghanim International for Towers 1, 2, and 7, Shapoorji Pallonji for Towers 3, 4, and  8,  and Medgulf  Construction Company W.L.L. for the Podium.

The subcontract works commenced on the third quarter of 2019 and is nearing its completion at end of April 2021.
